Orders

We use a production partner, so your order is submitted automatically to production as soon as it is placed. Once in a blue moon, we might catch it if you want to cancel, but please don't count on our being able to catch the order in time. Please make sure that you want the item(s) before you hit that PLACE ORDER button!

Shipping

All our products are made-to-order, so please consider that when placing your order! Generally, it takes 5 - 7 days to ship your order. Our supplier chooses the shipping partner, so your beautiful things may come by USPS or USP or DHL. Every item is assigned a tracking number.

Once the item is in the hands of the shipping partner, we cannot predict the delivery times. We've found that DHL can take the longest and USPS, believe it or not, can get it to you within a few days.
